Samsung complaint VS Apple 3G

3G Patents: Samsung complaint against Apple in France.Samsung repeats with the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris a complaint already filed with the U.S. authorities. The Korean manufacturer is on Apple's infringement of three patents relating to 3G/UMTS technology on three patents EP 269, EP 373 and EP 404 and are now called Apple.L hearing be held in December.
The patent war has just begun.
