A man and woman were found dead Saturday in the man's Bethesda apartment in what Montgomery County police said appeared to be a homicide and suicide.
Police said Martin Sean O'Toole, 38, and Hong Trang Tracy Vu, of New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, who was believed to be between 35- and 38-years-old, were found in O'Toole's Westbard Avenue apartment.
