Barry Bonds perjury sentence: 30 days of house arrest, 2 years of probation

Barry Bonds has been sentenced to two years probation and 30 days of home confinement for his obstruction of justice conviction in connection with the BALCO steroids scandal.

Bonds was sentenced Friday in a San Francisco federal courtroom for purposely using rambling non sequiturs in an effort to mislead a grand jury during the 2003 investigation.
