Give Bell cop the boot

Detective Gescard Isnora was the first cop to open fire in the fusillade that killed Sean Bell the night before his wedding. Now, five years later, an NYPD hearing officer has urged Police Commissioner Ray Kelly to dismiss Isnora on the grounds that he violated guidelines on the use of a weapon.
