The ensembles of "The Artist," "Bridesmaids," "The Descendants," "The Help" and "Midnight in Paris" have been nominated for this year's Screen Actors Guild Award for outstanding cast in a motion picture.
The SAG nominations, which honor performances in both film and television, were announced Wednesday morning. And while a few surprises were sprinkled in — Nick Nolte for Best Supporting Actor for the film "Warrior"? Patrick J. Adams for USA's "Suits" as outstanding male in a TV drama? — the majority of the nominees fell in the "expected" category.
