Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez: Not Engaged?

As a follow-up to the GossipCenter report that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are engaged to be married, it seems that there could be a mix-up after all.

According to an insider, the ring that Martinez bought for Berry over the holidays isn't actually an engagement ring.

Previously, a rep for Gurhan Jewelry told press that Olivier purchased an emerald and diamond engagement ring for the "Monster's Ball" babe and proposed during the Christmas season.
