Announcing a third addition to her family, Jessica Capshaw took to Twitter to reveal that she's pregnant!

The "Grey's Anatomy" star wrote, "It is with profound happiness and sheer delight that @Christopher_Gav and I can say that another sweet Gavigan baby is on the way!"

Hubby Christopher Gavigan, who is the founder of The Honest Company, added, "We are thrilled!"

The excited stars are already parents to children Eve Augusta, 14 months, and Luke Hudson, 4.
