The reality TV starlet looked fashionable as always in a button-up blouse and cream-colored slacks as she made her way inside an office building for a meeting.

It's no secret Kim does what it takes to keep her look fresh and beautiful, and yesterday the paparazzi caught up to the star as she was leaving Laser Away hair removal salon in Santa Monica.

Offering up some encouraging words to her loyal followers, Kim tweeted earlier today, "live your life as if everything you want for yourself already is."
