Canadian firm to push ahead with part of Keystone pipeline

The Canadian firm hoping to build a massive oil pipeline between Canada and the United States will announce Monday that it will push ahead with plans to extend the segment of pipeline running from Cushing, Okla., to Port Arthur, Tex., while the rest of the project remains in limbo, according to sources familiar with the decision.
