A win for retired Maryland National Guard worker on buyouts

Elizabeth Kurawski was lured back to work with the Maryland National Guard on the promise she would not have to repay a $25,000 buyout, only to be dunned by Uncle Sam later. It took an act of Congress to resolve the problem for her and 40 other people.
