LOCAL COMMUTER ALERT

Museum groundbreaking to snarl traffic around Mall


The 10 a.m. groundbreaking ceremony for the National Museum of African American History and Culture will slow traffic around the National Mall. Commuters should be alert to several street closures, including 14th Street between Independence Avenue and Constitution Avenue.
