	Wednesday, February 8, 2012 6:08:35 AM LOCAL COMMUTER ALERT N.Y. Ave. closed New York Avenue is closed between 4th Street and Florida Avenue in Northeast Washington. An accident there involving a car that hit a tractor trailer closed the street earlier this morning. All westbound traffic is being diverted onto 4th Street and all eastbound traffic is being diverted onto Florida Avenue. Stay with Dr. Gridlock for updates.
