Clinton wraps up China visit with no resolution on Chen


Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is preparing to depart China after two days of trade and security talks without reaching an agreement on the status of blind activist Chen Guangcheng, who remained isolated in a hospital on Friday, out of reach of American diplomats. Chinese officials said Chen, who made a dramatic plea on Thursday to leave China with Clinton, will have to apply through normal channels if he wants to study or travel outside the country.
