Lord Christopher Monckton had an opportunity to educate representatives of governments and dictatorships at the United Nations climate change summit in Doha, Qatar, about the fact that there has been no global warming for the last 16 years. However, after pretending to be a delegate from the regime ruling Burma to get at the microphone, the prominent climate realist was escorted from the UN Conference of the Parties (COP18) by the organization's security.
