Top Cooking Recipe 3 Layer Chocolate Cheerio Brownie Bar

3 Layer Chocolate Cheerio Brownie Bar
 Brownie layer:
  • 1 ¼ stick unsalted butter
  • 10 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Middle layer:
  • 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow creme
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips

Top layer:
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 8 oz marshmallows
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Chocolate Gluten-Free Cheerios

Steps:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving an inch or so hanging over the sides.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a pan, stirring constantly. Turn off heat and add sugar. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Gently fold in the flour and salt.
  3. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  4. When brownies are cooled, spread the marshmallow creme over the brownies and sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and butter. Stir in the peanut butter until well combined. Fold in Cheerios.
  6. Spread cereal mixture over the marshmallow creme layer and press down with parchment paper to level the top.
  7. Set aside until completely set, at least 2 hours. Remove from pan by pulling on the parchment paper, cut and enjoy!
