It was revealed that soon after Hilary Tsui threatened to sue, Suki Chui's husband and controversial businessman Kenny Wee has decided to keep mum about the recent drug scandal.
Popular Asians reported that Hilary Tsui and Josie Ho's legal representatives told the media recently that the restaurant owner has agreed to refrain from making previous and similar allegations within the given time frame.
The agreement came to be after the initial press statement that the two actresses made on 10 December 2012 that ordered for his silence within 48 hours, which simultaneously emphasised that further allegations will be considered as a violation to the commitment.
The statement also included third parties such as the media, and announced that any parties forwarding these allegations without revealing its sources must be made to bear the legal responsibilities that follow and anyone who spreads the unsubstantiated rumours, whether directly or indirectly, will be considered to have violated the commitment.
