Tips : How To Make Cheesy Meat Sauce Block Toast

Cheesy Meat Sauce

Ingredients

    1 5-inch thick unsliced sandwich bread

    300 grams meat sauce, preheated

    1 egg

    1 medium potato, boiled and cut into 2cm blocks

    70 grams broccoli florets, boiled

    50 grams shredded cheese

    50 grams mayonnaise

    black pepper

Let's get Cooking...

Cut out the insides of the sandwich bread, leaving about 1 cm from the edges and 10 cm from the bottom. Push the insides down firmly to create a solid base.
Pour in the meat sauce and place potatoes and broccoli inside. Give it a quick mix and top with the cheese. Squeeze out some mayonnaise around the border. Crack one egg into the center and season with black pepper.
Bake at 200 degrees C until egg is half cooked and still runny. (about 10 minutes)
