Tips : How To Make Cheesy Meat Sauce Block Toast

Ingredients
1 5-inch thick unsliced sandwich bread
300 grams meat sauce, preheated
1 egg
1 medium potato, boiled and cut into 2cm blocks
70 grams broccoli florets, boiled
50 grams shredded cheese
50 grams mayonnaise
black pepper
Let's get Cooking...
- Cut out the insides of the sandwich bread, leaving about 1 cm from the edges and 10 cm from the bottom. Push the insides down firmly to create a solid base.
- Pour in the meat sauce and place potatoes and broccoli inside. Give it a quick mix and top with the cheese. Squeeze out some mayonnaise around the border. Crack one egg into the center and season with black pepper.
- Bake at 200 degrees C until egg is half cooked and still runny. (about 10 minutes)
