They are one of the cutest mother/daughter duos out there, and Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted out and about in New York City on Friday (January 13).

The paparazzi caught up to the "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" dame and her little mini-me as they arrived at the Big Apple's Chelsea Piers.

In other news, Katie recently confessed that she loves to pick pal Victoria Beckham's brain when it comes to designing her clothing line.

She told press, "We go to the same events, and we'll call each other to ask, 'What color are you wearing?' I'm always interested in what she's liking for the season."
