Chocolate Cake In Pressure Cooker

- Ingredients:
  • Salt or Sand
  • Dry Ingredients.
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp soda bi carb

- Wet Ingredients
  • 100ml milk
  • 50ml of butter
  • 60ml of curd

Method Cooking :
  1. Pre heat the cooker, layer the base with salt or sand and place a ring.
  2. Keep the rubber ring in the lid and take off the vent valve (cooker whistle).
  3. Let the cooker heat up for 10 minutes on medium flame
  4. Sieve together – plain flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda bi carb
  5. Add the wet ingredients tot he dry ones – milk, butter and curd and whisk all of it together
  6. In a greased tin add the batter and swirl and tap the tin
  7. Open the pressure cooker, place the tin and let the cake bake for 25 minutes
  8. De mold the cake and let it cook for few minutes
